Founder/Chairman

He Shu Jin is a highly successful business man. He was born in a small, farming village in central China. He learned to work hard and value an education. As a young man, he left his small village to find a good job and be able to better support his parents. Because of his strong work ethic and his ability to solve problems and lead people, he quickly rose to become the head of Ansu, Ltd, a publicly-traded company on the Schenzen Exchange in China.

Then, he founded Hunan Xinhui Pharmacy, Ltd in Changsha, China. This company is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company which supplies over 20,000 retail outlets all over China. In addition to pharmaceutical products, they produce traditional Chinese medicines, plant extracts, and much more. The Chinese government uses many of his processes and procedures as the standard of excellence by which other companies are required to follow.

In 2014, he founded an Arkansas-based nutritional supplement company, created to deliver the product of his over 30 years of research and development of a special strain of Lion's Mane mushroom. He oversaw the building of the only such production plant in the world to employ this proprietary process that has multiple patents-pending in the United States and China. Chief Executive Officer

Lexue (Joe) Zhou has been a specialist in the field of Lions Mane Mycelium since 2007.  Working with the Headquarter company, Xinhui Pharmacy, Joe has been responsible for the overall construction of the quality management system of traditional Chinese medicine, as well as the overall progress of the construction of GMPs with the company. 

In 2015,  Lexue (Joe) Zhou was appointed as Vice President with XinDu Bio-Tech , a holding company for ForMor. Joe was responsible for the implementation of the production line installation and construction for the Quality Management System. 

In October 2019, with the hopes of bringing new generation and more healthy products to the US Market, Mr. He has appointed Mr. Lexue (Joe) Zhou as the CEO, to create, promote and work to help our Brand Partners be successful. 

Chief Financial Officer

Yiping Liu has over 30 years experience in managing the finances of several large multi-national corporations based in China and the United Kingdom.

Quality Assurance Officer

Lexue (Joe) Zhou served as the Quality Assurance Office at Xinhui Pharmaceutical Company, Ltd. in China before assuming the same role with XinHua. 

Brand Partner Service Director

Angela McKenzie has worked in all aspects of customer service in direct sales for nearly 15 years. She oversees the delivery of service to our Brand Partners in both English and Spanish languages.

Operations Director

Teri Rivers has over 15 years experience in handling all aspect of daily operations for an international direct sales company, including: logistics, inventory management, and shipping.

Purchasing Director

Teri Rivers has overseen the purchasing for several multi-million dollar companies, including direct sales and manufacturing.

International Relations Director

Jasmine Zhao oversees corporate relations with government agencies and other public relations matters in the United States and China.

Special Projects and Logistics

Ben Young is a long-time member of the Xinhui Pharmacy team in China and oversees various projects and special operations.
